Major renovations at the Delta Québec by Marriott Hotel

Accommodation
Hôtel Delta par Marriott Québec

The Delta Québec by Marriott Hotel, located in the heart of Québec City, is nearing the completion of its transformation. With its ideal location just steps away from Old Québec, next to the Parliament, and connected to the Québec City Convention Centre by an underground tunnel, it is a preferred choice for business travelers and conference attendees. The hotel has already completed the renovation of its 14 meeting rooms, and soon, the overall experience will be greatly enhanced by the ongoing renovations.

An architectural renewal

At the heart of this transformation is the complete refurbishment of the exterior entrance. The reception, currently located on the 3rd floor of the establishment, will be moved to the ground floor, offering more direct and convenient access to guests upon their arrival. This modification will enable a smoother and faster check-in process while providing a welcoming and modern space from the moment guests step into the hotel.

Versatile and modern spaces

Also on the 3rd floor, in addition to the recently renovated Le Bistro restaurant, there will be a multifunctional space to meet the guests’ diverse needs. Whether for a welcome cocktail, setting up exhibition booths, or remote work, event organizers and their participants will enjoy the space in various ways. In addition, Marriott Bonvoy members will be delighted to discover the new Delta Pantry shop, which offers a selection of continental breakfasts, snacks, and quality beverages. As for the upper floors, the 377 rooms, including 6 suites, are constantly being improved to enhance the guest experience.

An enriched culinary experience

In parallel with the renovation projects, the Delta Québec team welcomed Mathieu Jaucourt as Executive Chef in September 2023. Originally from Guadeloupe, his Caribbean roots and his grandmother's teachings are reflected in his gastronomic creations, where sunny flavours are paired with refined techniques. After refining his skills at the l'École hôtelière des îles de la Guadeloupe, he moved to Québec and rose through the ranks to become Sous-chef at the Centre Vidéotron. Through his dishes, he celebrates the rich culinary heritage of his homeland while offering guests reinvented flavours.

With its ambitious renovations, the Delta Québec by Marriott is committed to offering its clientele an exceptional experience, combining modernity, comfort, and functionality. Be the first to benefit from it and contact our team today!
